Project Overview

Citic Pacific awarded ECM the contract to install the electrical, instrumentation, control, CCTV and communications equipment in Dewatering Buildings 313/314 on the Sino Iron Project.

The works include the integration of discrete vendor packages and complex instrumentation systems. The range of instrumentation installation covers small level pressure switches to large and complex nucleonic density sensors and transmitters.

As the project had been on hold for some time, ECM is also required to verify existing, delivered or installed items to ensure they are fit for purpose.

Scope of Work

  • The non-energised checking and testing of all existing electrical, instrumentation, control equipment and cabling, CCTV and communication equipment and fibre optical cables in association with Dewatering Buildings 313/314.
  • Installation of all free issued and contractor supplied electrical, instrumentation, control equipment and cabling, CCTV and communications equipment, power, control and fibre optical cables, tubing, various supports and brackets.
